The Dr. claimed I was healing well and gave me the OK to take the sling off during the day. I need to wear it while riding in a vehicle. I’m also cleared to start therapy (ouch!). The weather in Florida this week was in the 80s so I’m taking the opportunity to do therapy in the pool. It’s not only good for my arm, it strengthens my legs and helps with my balance. The cool water helps to alleviate some of the swelling, that being said, the warm sunshine and the ability to exercise in the nippy water, soothes my whole being!
It’s now 2019. Another beginning. I intend to enjoy every minute of every day!
